Wane’s food selection is a mix of Mediterranean concepts with a touch of Japanese infusion, starting from the cold starters we create a food experience that takes the client on a journey.

In the menu are cuisines that share dishes beyond the core trio of oil, bread, and wine, such as the meat, fish, vegetables and dairy products like our; burrata cheese made in Puglia or our Greek salad with the feta cheese made in a monastery with the selection of French cheeses, selection of Spanish olives with the Italian balsamic vinaigrette of Modena city, the French breakfast selection and more…
